元素赋存状态的研究,是有益元素综合利用的前提,是基础,不查清有益元素的赋存,会给矿产综合利用带来极大的盲目性。近几年我所配合选硒、冶金对攀西地区钒钛磁铁矿物质组成进行了较系统的研究,为钒钛磁铁矿的综合利用提供了基础资料。本文仅涉及原矿物质成份的研究及与选矿工艺间的关系。钒钛磁铁矿有益伴生元素极多,包括铁、钛、钒、铬、钴、镍、铜、硫、镓、磷、钪、以及硒、鍗、铂等。这些有益元素在各类矿物中所占有的量比,可否综合利用,有多大利用价值,这些问题必须密切配合选矿工艺物质成份的研究认真加以解决。
The research on the state of the occurrence of elements is the prerequisite for the comprehensive utilization of beneficial elements and the basis for not checking the occurrence of beneficial elements and bringing great blindness to the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. In recent years, with the selection of selenium and metallurgy, we have made a systematic study on the composition of vanadium-titanium magnetite in Panxi region and provided the basic information for the comprehensive utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite. This article deals only with the study of the mineral composition and the relationship between the dressing process. Vanadium titanium magnetite beneficially associated with many elements, including iron, titanium, vanadium, chromium, cobalt, nickel, copper, sulfur, gallium, phosphorus, scandium, and selenium, gallium, platinum and so on. These beneficial elements in various types of minerals in the share of the ratio can be comprehensive utilization of how much value, these problems must be closely coupled with the beneficiation process material composition of the serious study to solve.
