目的探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的诊断及治疗。方法参考外院2010年5月～2011年12月收治的16例产后出血并发DIC病例进行分析。结果 16例产后出血并发DIC患者中成功抢救15例,1例患者在抢救后因并发多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论积极治疗产后出血,早期诊断,及早对症治疗,若仍然不能止血应果断切除子宫,同时补充凝血因子,但在抢救过程中应当谨慎使用肝素。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) in obstetrics. Methods Reference to the hospital from May 2010 to December 2011 admitted to 16 cases of postpartum hemorrhage complicated with DIC were analyzed. Results 15 cases were successfully rescued in 16 cases of postpartum hemorrhage complicated with DIC. One case died of multiple organ failure after resuscitation. Conclusion Active treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, early diagnosis, early symptomatic treatment, if still can not stop the uterus should be decisive, while the addition of coagulation factors, but should be carefully used in the rescue process of heparin.
