半刚性基层材料易受水和温度的影响产生干缩和温缩裂缝,并在行车荷载、温度和湿度等因素作用下形成反射裂缝,雨水或雪水的浸入会导致基层变软,路面强度降低,直至路面结构性破坏。本文笔者从解决路面开裂水损害问题出发,研发出一种新型沥青结构功能层,能够将裂缝引起的应力消散,有效消弱基层裂缝对沥青面层的应力集中,防止基层开裂向面层传递,起到防水、抗裂效果,从而实现面层无裂缝,防止基层水损害,延长道路使用寿命的目的。通过应用于青银高速预防性养护工程,跟踪观测达到了预期的效果。
