碳纤维由于具有比重小、比强度高、比模量高、耐腐蚀、高温强度高等特点,已成为最有前途的一种增强纤维。用廉价石油渣制备沥青基碳纤维更具有吸引力。 在试验室及中间实验装置上已成功地制得了通用型石油沥青基长纤维及短纤维。本文介绍了由石油渣油经调制处理、纺丝、不熔化及碳化处理制得碳纤维的过程。所得碳纤维抗拉强度为686.5MPa。
Carbon fiber has become one of the most promising reinforcing fibers due to its small specific gravity, high specific strength, high specific modulus, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is even more attractive to make pitch-based carbon fibers with cheap petroleum waste. In the laboratory and the middle of the experimental device has been successfully obtained a general-purpose asphalt long base fiber and staple fiber. This paper introduces the process of preparing carbon fiber from petroleum residue oil by modulation, spinning, non-melting and carbonization. The resulting carbon fiber tensile strength of 686.5MPa.
