目的探讨针对性护理对急诊科酒精中毒患者临床依从性的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月广东省东莞市常平医院急诊科收治的96例酒精中毒患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施针对性护理,比较两组患者的意外事件、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度及临床依从性。结果观察组患者的意外事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率均明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者临床依从性的优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科酒精中毒患者实施针对性护理,可显著提高护理质量及临床依从性,减少意外事件及护患纠纷发生,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on the clinical compliance of patients with alcoholism in emergency department. Methods A total of 96 alcoholic patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Changping Hospital, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were given targeted care on the basis of the control group. The accidents, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes, nursing satisfaction and clinical compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of accidents and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P <0.05). The clinical compliance The excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The targeted care for patients with alcoholism in emergency department can significantly improve the quality of care and clinical compliance, reduce accidents and nurse-patient disputes, and improve the prognosis of patients.
