为探讨PGE2含量检测的准确性,并为时间治疗学在骨科和口腔科中的应用提供依据,采用时间生物学宏观分析和微观分析法对幼龄大鼠血浆和下颌后髁突软骨中六个时序(0∶00、4∶00、8∶00、12∶00、16∶00、20∶00)的PGE2含量水平进行了分析。结果显示,血浆和下颌后髁突软骨二者的PGE2含量水平均呈现较强近日节律(P<0.05),且峰值一致(分别为-282,-279)。血浆和下颌后髁突软骨中PGE2在16∶00~20∶00与4∶00~12∶00时辰的含量具有显著性差异(P<0.05),这表明检测具有近日节律的PGE2样品时,由于采集样品的时辰不同,检测结果将出现较大差异。下颌后髁突软骨中PGE2的近日节律将为骨科和口腔科的时间治疗学提供重要资料。
In order to explore the accuracy of PGE2 detection, and to provide the basis for the application of time therapy in orthopedics and dentistry, the time-course macroscopical analysis and microscopic analysis of six Timing (0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00) PGE2 levels were analyzed. The results showed that the PGE2 content of both plasma and mandibular condylar cartilage showed a strong rhythm (P <0.05), with the same peak (-282, -279, respectively). PGE2 levels in plasma and mandibular condylar cartilage were significantly different at 16:00 to 20:00 and 4:00 to 12:00 hours (P <0.05), indicating that the detection of PGE2 samples with recent rhythms , Due to the different sampling time, the test results will be a big difference. The recent rhythm of PGE2 in mandibular condylar cartilage will provide important information for the time therapy of orthopedics and dentistry.
