用HPLC和UV方法研究了腺苷钻胺在不同物理状态和不同pH溶剂中受不同光强度照射后的光解情况,结果表明在相同光强下本品固体状态较液体状态稳定得多,在酸性缓冲液中(pH2.0)降解较中性缓冲液(pH7.0)、水(pH5.5)慢、在相同物理状态下光强度越大则光解速度越快,提示本品原料应避光保存,而溶液由于降解较快,应避光操作并尽快测定。
The photodegradation of adenosine rhodamine in different physical states and different pH solvents under different light intensities was studied by HPLC and UV methods. The results showed that under the same light intensity, the solid state of the product was much more stable than the liquid state. Acid buffer solution (pH2.0) degradation than neutral buffer (pH7.0), water (pH5.5) slow in the same physical state, the greater the light intensity, the faster the photolysis rate, suggesting that the material should be Light preservation, and the solution due to degradation faster, should be dark operation and determination as soon as possible.
