以溶液中Fe2+ 的氧化表征氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长规律,研究了初始pH 值、温度、静置与振荡培养、接种量、接种状态以及雄黄、雌黄对细菌生长迟缓期长短的影响.研究结果表明:适宜的初始pH 值(2.0~2 .5) 、温度(30~35 ℃)、振荡培养、大的接种量以及处于对数生长期的菌种有相对较短的迟缓期;雄黄、雌黄的存在,延长了细菌生长的迟缓期,抑制了细菌的生长与繁殖.
The growth of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was characterized by the oxidation of Fe2 + in solution. The effects of initial pH value, temperature, standing and shaking culture, inoculum size, inoculation status and the growth retardation period of realgar and rehmannia were studied. The results showed that the optimum initial pH value (2.0 ~ 2.5), temperature (30 ~ 35 ℃), shaking culture, large inoculum size and logarithmic growth phase had a relatively short retarded period ; The existence of realgar and reuteri prolonged the lag phase of bacterial growth and inhibited the growth and reproduction of bacteria.
