液态合金的质量是影响铸件质量的最直接最主要的因素之一,在炉前对液态合金的质量进行快速检验对于铸造生产有着重要意义。铸钢含碳量对于铸钢件的机械性能和铸造性能有较大影响,炉前科学、快速、准确地测量钢水含碳量是控制铸钢件质量的一个重要手段。以往的钢水定碳装置有的不够科学,其测试精度取决于测试者的经验:有的不够迅速,达不到在线快速测量的要求;有的测试成本高,使多数工厂难以承受。因此,有必要研制新的钢水定碳仪。本文所述的钢水炉前快速定碳仪以热分析法为基本原理,通过测量钢水的初晶温度,达到钢水定碳的目的。在此基础上,研制了结构新颖的取样系统和精度较高的单片机测量系统。取样系统有热取样和冷取样两种,测试者可根据实际情况选择其一。热取样系统由一次性样杯、耐热石英管、永久性热电偶、样杯支架和快接式手柄构成。冷取样系统由一次性样杯、耐热石英管、永久性热电偶和样杯座构成。具有响应速度快、测试精度和成本低等特点,单片机测量系统以低功耗的单片微型计算机为核心,配以用于实现信号处理,数据存储,结果显示等功能的低功耗器件,构成一台便携式测试仪器。仪器不仅体积小、重量轻,而且可用充电电池供电,便于携带、易于操作。用于炉前测定钢水含碳量,可在5~20秒时间内显示?
The quality of liquid alloy is one of the most direct and important factors affecting the quality of castings.
