在Suzuki偶联反应中用NiCl2.6H2O催化剂合成3-氟-4’-乙基联苯。当反应温度为85℃,催化剂用量0.1 g,碳酸钾用量2 g,四丁基溴化铵用量0.1 g,甲苯40 mL,反应9 h,目标产物收率达到67.5%。
3-Fluoro-4’-ethylbiphenyl was synthesized using a NiCl2.6H2O catalyst in a Suzuki coupling reaction. When the reaction temperature was 85 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 0.1 g, the amount of potassium carbonate was 2 g, the amount of tetrabutylammonium bromide was 0.1 g and the amount of toluene was 40 mL. The reaction time was 9 h. The yield of target product reached 67.5%.
