在车削蜗杆过程中,需要采用牙形样板来测量轴面齿形角a和齿厚s。在车多头蜗杆时,还需要采用双头蜗杆样板测量节距P。过去我们使用完整齿形样板(图1)。牙形是按蜗杆齿间形状制造的,其齿厚s=0.5πMx+△ms(m_x—轴向模数△ms——螺牙最小减薄量)样板制造公差采用上差,其公差值一般可取蜗杆齿厚公差的1/3。样板的测量基准是蜗杆的外圆,所以只能是蜗杆齿形全部加工完了,样板基准面才能靠上蜗杆外圆,只能用于最后检验。
