主要对菱—菱孔型系统、菱—方孔型系统、六角—方孔型系统、椭圆—方孔型系统轧制不锈钢覆层钢筋进行对比。运用Marc有限元分析软件建立弹塑性有限元过程,设定一定的模拟轧制条件对上述四种孔型系统进行仿真模拟,对比探讨不同的孔型系统在轧制不锈钢覆层钢筋时对不锈钢与碳钢的复合状况的影响,为实际生产不锈钢覆层钢筋提供一定的参考。
Mainly on Ling - Ling hole system, Ling - square hole system, hexagonal - Square hole system, oval - square hole system of stainless steel clad steel rolling compared. Using the finite element analysis software Marc to establish the elasto-plastic finite element process, setting a certain simulated rolling conditions to simulate the above four kinds of hole system, compared to explore different hole system in the stainless steel clad steel rolling on the stainless steel and Carbon steel composite status of the impact for the actual production of stainless steel clad steel to provide some reference.
