钢液真空浇注是提高钢锭质量的重要技术手段,抽真空用蒸汽喷射泵是实施该工艺的必备装置,而它又要求供汽系统具有适应脉冲负荷的性能。本文对工厂自备热力站供汽系统承受脉冲负荷时的特性及设备选择,尤其对设备安全性及运行调整的适应性,作了一定的理论分析与研究。其中用富氏级数展开原理确定调整负荷的观点及用闭环传递函数求出的供汽系统动特性已被实验证实。这对于正确认识和设计运用真空浇注中的供汽系统,具有一定的参考价值。对于节能及改善供汽系统的性能,也具有技术与经济价值。
Vacuum pouring of molten steel is an important technical means to improve the quality of steel ingot. Vacuum pumping with steam jet pump is an indispensable device to implement the process, and it also requires the steam supply system to adapt to the pulse load performance. This paper makes some theoretical analysis and research on the characteristics and equipment selection of the steam supply system of the plant-owned thermal station under pulsed load, especially the adaptability of equipment safety and operation adjustment. Among them, the viewpoint of adjusting the load with the Fourier series expansion principle and the dynamic characteristics of the steam supply system obtained by the closed-loop transfer function have been experimentally confirmed. This is of certain reference value for correctly understanding and designing the steam supply system in vacuum casting. It also has technical and economic value for saving energy and improving the performance of steam supply system.
