为解决聚合物多元醇(POP)生产中常用引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)使用时会产生剧毒物并在后期脱单时会堵塞管道等问题,用过氧化–2–乙基己酸叔戊酯(TAPH)替代AIBN作引发剂;使用溶剂将TAPH配制成稀释液进行试验,解决TAPH运输及存储问题;并向稀释液中引入高分解温度过氧化物配制成复配液,用不同浓度的复配液进行工业性试验,得出了工业生产条件下TAPH的最佳用量。
In order to solve the problem that when AIBN is used as a common initiator in the production of polymer polyols, Hexanoic acid tert-amyl ester (TAPH) instead of AIBN as initiator; the use of solvent TAPH formulated as a diluent for testing to solve TAPH transport and storage problems; and the dilution of the introduction of high temperature decomposition of peroxide formulated as a complex solution, With different concentrations of compound solution for industrial tests, the optimum dosage of TAPH under industrial conditions was obtained.
