中国第一冶金建设公司 方敦伟,国家一级项目经理。1998年当选武汉装饰协会常务理事,同年考取国家技术监督局《标准化人员资格证书》,是湖北省地方标准编写小组成员之一,他编写的了《建筑高级装饰工程施工技术操作规程》于2000年被中国第一冶金建设公司列为企业规范标准。1998年当选中国第一冶金建设公司劳模,1999年当选武汉市、湖北省优秀项目经理,2000年获湖北省自学成才奖,2001年、2002年获荆州市优秀施工企业 China First Metallurgical Construction Company Fang Dunwei, project manager at the national level.
