香菇在栽培过程中,经常遭到木霉类,例如:绿色木霉Trich-oderma viride、哈济木霉T. ha-rzianum和多孢木霉T. polysp-orum等的为害,而造成显著减产。本研究的目的是以改变培养基中的碳源和氮源的种类和数量,来控制木霉对香菇的为害。研究所用的菌株为香菇(T-MI-655)、多孢木霉(TMI-60146)、绿色木霉(TMI-60147)、哈济木霉(TMI-60622),都是从香菇段木上分离出来的。所用的培养基每升蒸馏水含d-葡萄糖20克、酪蛋白氨基酸2克、7水硫酸镁0.5克、磷酸二氢钾1克、7水硫酸亚铁1毫克、7水硫酸锌0.2毫克、6水硝酸钴0.1
