The monolithic integration and hybrid integration technologies for HgCdTe infrared detectors are studied. The equivalent input noise voltage <1.5nV · Hz-1/2 of the mixed-signal module of the low-noise multi-channel preamplifier is stable and reliable and has been used in the infrared engineering system.
