黄麦岭磷矿选厂浓密机跑浑,溢流浓度达2.78%,品位26.52%,每年损失近20万元。为了改善浓密效果,并满足二期工程制磷铵的需要,要求底流浓度稳定到65%。为此进行了精矿絮凝脱水的研究。 一、试验样品、药剂及方法 试样取自选厂进入浓密机的磷精矿和浓密机溢流。使用的药剂有明矾和不同类型的聚丙烯酰胺。方法是在1000毫升量筒中作沉降试验。黄麦岭磷精矿沉降1小时后,实测上层情液浓度3.75%,沉砂品位P_2O_535.42%。
