以自制清心液为主治疗小儿柯萨奇病毒性心肌炎70例,并与西药一般疗法(66例)进行前瞻性疗效对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率(94.29％)明显高于对照组(72.73％)。中药组治疗后,乏力、胸闷憋气、心痛等主症,以及咽红肿痛、咳嗽、舌质红、苔黄、脉数等热毒兼症,心电图窦性心律失常、各种传导阻滞及ST—T改变,以及超声心动图房室腔扩大和室壁运动减弱的治疗有效率,均明显高于对照组,提示以清心液为主的中医药疗法对小儿病毒性心肌炎邪毒侵心证具有良好疗效。
