按照旋耕刀正切刃面沿等高截面基本等负荷切土这一条件,推导建立了切土曲线微分方程组。为用切土曲线沿刃口曲线扫描形成具有良好节能效果的正切刃面,借鉴犁体曲面设计理论,讨论了在扫描成形过程中,控制切土曲线形状的诸设计参数的取值问题。
According to the condition that the rotary cutter positive cutting face is cut along the same section with equal load and so on, the differential equations of the cuttings curve are deduced. In order to use the cutting edge curve to scan the edge curve to form a positive cutting face with good energy saving effect, the design parameters of the shape of the cut slope during scanning process are discussed with reference to the plow surface design theory.
