探讨瑜伽对高校女教师锻炼诱导情绪的影响,能够为丰富高校女教师的健身方式提供指导。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,以大连市某高校30名女教师为实验对象,通过《锻炼诱导情绪问卷》对高校女教师实验前后的情绪状态进行测查,结果显示,瑜伽练习前后活力激发这一维度没有表现出显著性的差异;瑜伽练习前后身心平静这一维度表现出显著性的差异;瑜伽练习前后生理疲劳这一维度表现出非常显著性的差异;瑜伽练习前后积极投入这一维度表现出非常显著性的差异。表明:瑜伽练习对活力激发没有发挥积极的促进作用,但对身心平静、积极投入都具有良好的促进作用,对生理疲劳也具有很好的缓解作用。
To explore the influence of yoga on the induced emotion of female teachers in colleges and universities can provide guidance for enriching the female teachers in college. Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and experiment, this paper uses 30 female teachers in a university in Dalian as experimental subjects and examines the emotional status of female teachers in colleges and universities before and after the experiment by “Questionnaire on Exercise Induced Emotions” , There was no significant difference in the dimension of vitality before and after yoga practice. The dimensions of body and mind before and after yoga practice showed significant difference. Physiological fatigue before and after yoga exercise showed very significant difference in dimensions. Yoga practice Before and after actively involved in this dimension showed a very significant difference. It shows that yoga practice does not play a positive role in stimulating vitality, but it has a good stimulating effect on both physical and psychological calmness and active input, and also has a good relieving effect on physiological fatigue.
