三代核电机组AP1000主冷却剂泵(RCP)泵壳与蒸汽发生器(SG)焊接接头为重要承压边界焊缝之一;焊后泵壳管嘴位置公差直接影响主泵内部构件和现场主管道装配。本文结合国内首台设备制造实例,针对此焊缝焊接变形大,易出现不符合项情况,提出一些防止焊接变形过大而导致泵壳位置超差的控制措施,如装配对中、坡口设计、焊接过程控制等。检测数据表明:按本文给出的工艺组焊的4个泵壳,其排出管嘴角度、主法兰面与SG基准A的俯仰角、轴向收缩控制均满足设计要求。

In this paper, the first domestic equipment manufacturing instance, in view of this welding weld deformation, prone to nonconformities, put forward some to prevent excessive welding deformation caused by excessive pump casing control measures, such as assembly centering, groove design , Welding process control. The test data show that: according to the welding process given in this paper, four pump casing, the discharge nozzle angle, the main flange surface and SG benchmark A pitch angle, axial contraction control to meet the design requirements.
