近几十年来,随着各种自动化技术和信息技术在制造企业中的不断运用,制造过程本身的技术对提高制造企业产品的竞争力开始变小,而集运输、存储、装卸、搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等基本功能为一体的物流却成为了具有竞争力的侧重点。我国的物流业起步较晚,许多物流企业规模较小、基础条件有限,存在的问题较多,如何管理好物流公司是一项比较紧迫的任务。本文从财务管理的相关概念和基本理论出发,结合物流企业的特点,从资金管理和成本费用控制两个方面进行了论述和分析。
