今年6至7月,围绕适应新体制编制要求,加强干部队伍建设,切实改进领导作风和工作方法,四川省军区主要领导分别带工作组深入所属30多个师、团级单位调研指导,探索总结出规范机关办公秩序、统筹安排各项工作、提高干部综合素质、发挥专武干部和职工队伍作用、利用网络平台提高工作效率等办法,使军分区、人武部从忙乱无序和疲于应付的状态中解脱了出来。前不久,成都军区一位领导称赞说,四川省军区的经验做法值得推广。
