简介光谱仪器中使用的探测器件,包括高莱池、热释电探测器、碲镉汞、硫化铅、热敏电阻、光电倍增管、CCD、二极管阵列等。分析了各类深测器的功能与优劣,提出摄取较弱信号的情况下,提高检测灵敏度和分辨率对使用探测元件的要求与技术途径。对信噪比的改善、测量动态范围、线性失真度等重要参数,以及探测元件与有关测试器件相结合时应注意的问题作了讨论。
Introduction Detector devices used in spectroscopy instruments include Gauss Pool, pyroelectric detectors, cadmium mercury telluride, lead sulfide, thermistors, photomultiplier tubes, CCDs, diode arrays, and more. The functions and advantages and disadvantages of various types of deep measuring instruments are analyzed, and the requirements and technical approaches for improving the detecting sensitivity and resolution of the detecting elements are proposed under the condition of ingesting weak signals. The improvement of signal-to-noise ratio, the measurement of important parameters such as dynamic range and linear distortion, as well as the problems that should be paid attention to when combining detection elements with relevant test devices are discussed.
