14型弯游梁抽油机原游梁-平衡臂连接结构存在钢板开裂、连接螺栓断裂和焊缝开裂等故障。为此,对游梁-平衡臂连接结构原结构、1次优化结构和2次优化结构进行故障原因分析和受力分析,应用Pro/M对这3种结构进行FEA计算,得到了3种结构的Von Mises应力。结果表明,一次优化连接结构区域①、②、③、⑥的最大Von Mises应力均小于σs,并且较原结构有较大的改善,但1次优化连接结构区域⑤的应力仍较大,已经出现过几起补强筋板断裂故障;2次优化结构区域①、②、③、⑤、⑥、⑦的最大Von Mises应力比1次优化结构明显降低,在结构变动不大的情况下应力水平状况明显改善。
