绿色经济发展模式近期成为社会各界关注重点,特别是十八届五中全会以来提出五大发展理念的背景下,把以创新为核心的经济发展模式提升到前所未有的高度。随着网络和新媒体技术的崛起,经济各领域每天都发生着巨大变革。以创新为视角,通过对新常态下绿色经济发展模式的思考,从科技创新、转变经济发展方式、引进人才等层面来分析必须加快创新步伐、释放我国经济增长的活力、加大创新人才的引进的迫切性、必要性,进而探讨新时期绿色经济发展模式的实施路径,以期对全面建成小康社会的我国经济基础有更深入的认识。 The green economic development model has recently become the focus of attention of all sectors of society. In particular, under the background of the five major development concepts since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the economic development model with innovation as the core has been elevated to unprecedented levels. With the rise of the Internet and new media technologies, tremendous changes have taken place every day in all areas of the economy. From the perspective of innovation, through the consideration of the green economy development model under the new normal, we must speed up the pace of innovation, release the vitality of economic growth and increase the introduction of innovative talents from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation, transformation of economic development mode and introduction of talent. The urgency and necessity of the development of green economy in order to explore the implementation of the new era of green economic development mode of implementation in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way to achieve a more in-depth understanding of China’s economic base.
