用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针等手段分析了我院研制的Zn-5%Al-RE、Zn-Ni合金镀层的性能。实验表明,Zn-5%Al-RE、Zn-Ni合金镀层比纯Zn镀层有极优异的耐腐蚀性能和成形加工性;极薄的合金相层是合金镀层粘附性好的主要原因;镀液中合金元素的加入是提高耐腐性能的重要因素。
The properties of Zn-5% Al-RE, Zn-Ni alloy coating developed by our institute were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and electron probe. Experiments show that Zn-5% Al-RE, Zn-Ni alloy coating than the pure Zn coating has excellent corrosion resistance and formability; thin alloy layer is the main reason for good adhesion of the alloy coating; plating The addition of alloying elements in the liquid is an important factor to improve the corrosion resistance.
