金融危机以来,全世界均认识到强大的制造业是一国经济和社会稳定的根本性保障。不仅发达国家要重振制造业,发展中国家也逐渐意识到,产业调整升级绝不意味着淘汰或放弃制造业。在全球化背景之下,一场争夺制造业的竞赛已经拉开序幕。中国的制造业者不仅面临着需求变幻、资源约束、技术障碍等全球共性问题,同时,还面临着人口红利拐点等更加不利的产业环境。
Since the financial crisis, the whole world has realized that a strong manufacturing industry is a fundamental guarantee for the economic and social stability of a country. Not only the developed countries need to revive their manufacturing industries, the developing countries have come to realize that the adjustment and upgrading of industries in no way means eliminating or abandoning manufacturing. In the context of globalization, a race for manufacturing has kicked off. China’s manufacturers are not only faced with global common problems such as changing needs, resource constraints and technological barriers, but also face more adverse industrial environments such as the inflection point of demographic dividend.
