货调智能指挥系统是指挥人员直接操作使用的系统,其核心功能为钩计划的自动编制,实现货运调车作业计划的自动编制。在描述该系统8个基本功能及其构建方案的基础上,侧重研究初始信息的采集处理,从而实现货调智能指挥系统与编组站现车管理信息系统间的信息交换;提出采用三个层次的组号构成以自动选定车流选编目标的解决方案,给出实现钩计划动态仿真所使用的基本技术和方法。从软件使用的方便性出发,分析现场生产的实际需求,充分地将功能实现与现场实际作业环境结合起来,提高了功能的完整性和界面的友好性,指挥系统的智能化水平和可操作性进一步提高。
