在幼师的钢琴教学中,幼师生多年来以接受、被动的学习方式为主。这种传统的学习方式把学习建立在人的客体性、受动性和依赖性的基础之上,忽略了人的主动性、能动性和独立性。建构主义理论强调以学生为中心,学生从被动接受者和知识的灌输对象转变为信息加工的主体、知识意义的主动建构者。只有实现自主学习,学生才能获得充分的发展。结合建构主义学习理论,幼师钢琴教学在实践中可以通过学习目标自我提出、学习过程自我监控、练习自我选择、学习优劣自我评价这四个步骤来实现钢琴幼师生的自主学习。
In kindergarten piano teaching, kindergarten teachers and students over the years to accept, passive learning mainly. This traditional way of learning builds on learning based on the objectivity, mobility and dependence of human beings, neglecting human initiative, initiative and independence. Constructivism theory emphasizes student-centered, students from passive recipients and the inculcating objects of knowledge into the main body of information processing, the active constructor of knowledge meaning. Only by achieving autonomous learning can students achieve full development. Combined with the theory of constructivism, the piano teaching of kindergarten teachers in practice can achieve the autonomous learning of piano kindergarten students through the four steps of learning target self-learning, self-monitoring of learning process, self-selection of practice, self-evaluation of advantages and disadvantages.
