湖南岳阳宾馆总高36m,共11层。由于建筑场地8~11m 深便到达风化岩层,故设计采用持力桩支承上部重量。根据现场条件,采用了人工开挖灌注桩,较好地完成了基础工程施工。一、工程概况本工程采用框架剪力墙结构,支承在钢筋混凝土灌注桩上,桩的网距为7.6×7.6m,桩直径φ800~φ1000,桩高8~11 m,桩贯穿了耕上层、回填土层、粘土层和高岭土层,直至风化岩顶面,并入岩层300mm。
