在卧式铣床的修理中,需要修复刀杆挂脚孔与主轴中心线的同心度,其精度要求规定在300mm测量长度上允差0.03mm,表面光洁度6。为达到这一精度,目前通常采用一种专用镗孔工具,由铣床主轴传动自行镗孔。这种专用镗孔工具在《机修手册》中有介绍,这里不再重复,只是指出使用这种工具所存在的一些问题: (1)《机修手册》中所介绍的专用镗孔工具是针对X62W卧式万能铣床设计的。该铣床有两只挂脚,一只是圆柱孔挂脚,另一只是圆锥孔挂脚。当镗圆柱孔挂脚时,采用直柄刀杆镗削,进刀靠工作台横向进给运动推动挂脚与悬梁一起移动。这种镗削方法必须提高悬梁与床身导轨的配合精度,从而增加了钳工修理的工作量,否则会影响挂脚孔的加工精度和光洁度。

When boring cylindrical hole hanging feet, the use of straight shank boring boring, infeed by table infeed horizontal movement to promote hanging feet move together with the cantilever. This boring method must improve the cantilever and bed rail with the accuracy, thereby increasing the workload of fitter repair, otherwise it will affect the hanging hole processing accuracy and finish.
