患者男,7岁。因右耳内有“卡嗒”声13天而来诊。持续性耳鸣,不受意识控制,睡时响声停止醒时复现。检查:距右耳廓1～2cm可听到耳内发出“卡嗒,卡嗒”声,90～100次/分,与脉搏不一致,软腭无震颤。压迫患侧颈部及耳周血管耳鸣无变化,右耳道有耵聍栓塞。耵聍取出后耳鸣立即停止。查鼓膜正常,外耳道外1/3与内2/3交界处轻度充血,听力正常。未给予其它治疗。随访14个月未复发。讨论他觉性耳鸣病因可有:血管性、肌肉性、鼻咽部异常等、颞颌关节异常
Patient male, 7 years old. Visited for 13 days because of a rattling sound in the right ear. Persistent tinnitus, unconscious control, sleep sound when stopped awake recurrence. Check: 1 ~ 2cm from the right auricle can hear the ear issued a “click, click” sound, 90 ~ 100 beats / min, and the pulse is inconsistent, the soft palate no tremor. Opposite the affected side of the neck and ear vessels tinnitus no change in the right ear canal embolism. Tinnitus stops immediately after removal. Check tympanic membrane normal, external auditory canal 1/3 and 2/3 at the junction of mild hyperemia, normal hearing. No other treatment was given. Follow-up 14 months without recurrence. Discuss his causes of tinnitus may have: vascular, muscular, nasopharyngeal abnormalities, temporomandibular joint abnormalities
