南宁市部分企业在进行产权制度变革时,对企业组织管理制度尤其是职工民主管理方面进行了有益的探索:例如,在股份制企业中,让企业工会主席作为职工方面代表列席董事会,个别的直接进入董事会,从高层次参与企业经营决策。又如,让股份制企业工会主席或副主席进入公司监事会,甚至任监事会主席,有些企业让少量职工代表也进入监事会,由他们代表全体职工对企业生产经营情况进行民主监督,保证职工合法权益不受侵害。再如,对部分职代会未建立或不健全的外资嫁接企业通过工会代表职工就职工劳动报酬、工作时间、安全卫生、奖惩等问题与企业方面进行团体协商或签订集体合同,并通过工会代表列席公司董事会,在企业生产经营等重大问题上反映职工的意见和建议。但是,也还存在着一些误区和问题。
