孟子说:不以规矩,不能成方圆。幼儿园班级常规的生命力来自于的必要的规则。但是,对于幼儿来说,冰冷的规则会让他们退而畏之,抗拒反感;而与爱随行的人性化规则却能润物细无声地让幼儿更主动接受规则的约束,本文从分析教师制定班级制度的习惯、意义和弊端等研究的基础上,探讨如何结合爱,让班级制度的建立更趋人性化的改进策略,为班级制度的建立和实施提供有力的帮助。
