为了有效地监视制动器要害性故障,文章以图解分析了故障发生的因果关系;指出制动器的状态参数及其识别和制动器状态监测的3种监测方法。其中提到的PBM监测方法已实验室安装,为工业性试验作准备。文章还介绍了闸瓦摩擦系数的在线监测。
In order to effectively monitor the brake critical fault, the paper illustrates the causal relationship of the fault, and points out the three kinds of monitoring methods of the status parameters of the brake and its identification and brake status monitoring. The PBM monitoring method mentioned therein has been laboratory-installed to prepare for industrial testing. The paper also introduces the online monitoring of brake shoe friction coefficient.
