大连市手语培训工作主要经历了两个发展阶段。为了更好的发展大连市手语培训工作,作者提出了建立健全由政府职能部门牵头组织协调,由专业培训机构具体负责实施,由全社会方方面面共同参与配合的组织架构;本着“三个为主”的原则,由点到面,由浅入深,循序渐近地推进手语普及工作;加快手语翻译人才的培养,打造一支专业的手语服务志愿者队伍等发展建议。 Dalian sign language training mainly experienced two stages of development.
