目的:了解近20年邹城市疾病预防控制人力资源的数量、结构、能力变化情况,为人力资源的合理配置提供科学依据和政策建议。方法:一般描述性分析、对比分析等。结果:2016年邹城市疾病预防控制人力资源与1996年相比,数量、学历层次、职称比例与层次等结构有了很大的改善和提高,但工勤管理人员、女性比重偏大,公共卫生与预防医学专业人员的比重偏低,疾病预防控制能力素质有待提升。结论:严把进人关,倡树工匠精神,强化档案意识,激励学术科研,提升疾控能力。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the changes of quantity, structure and capability of human resources in disease prevention and control in Zoucheng in recent 20 years and to provide scientific basis and policy recommendations for the rational allocation of human resources. Methods: General descriptive analysis, comparative analysis. Results: Compared with 1996, the human resources of disease prevention and control in Zoucheng have greatly improved and improved the structure of number, academic level, professional titles and levels, but the proportion of management staff and women in Zoucheng was rather high. Public health The proportion of professionals with preventive medicine is low, and the quality of disease prevention and control needs to be improved. Conclusions: Strictly entering the customs, advocating the spirit of tree craftsmen, strengthening the awareness of archives, encouraging academic research and improving disease control ability.
