以华盛顿脐橙(Citrussinensis)离体春梢1月龄叶片为试材,在控光(0.5μmol/m2s及控温(30±1)℃条件下进行24h50mmol/LNH4Cl饲喂处理并对相关代谢产物进行了测定.结果表明,叶片NH3-NH+4、游离精氨酸及腐胺含量均直线上升,且呈平行变化;对精氨酸生物合成强度及精氨酸脱羧酶活性的14C示踪测定证实了二者的加强是导致精氨酸和腐胺含量增加的主要原因;进一步的直线回归分析显示,上述代谢产物之间及其与精氨酸生物合成强度和精氨酸脱羧酶活性之间存在密切的关联.
