高速公路拓宽改造是今后我国高速公路建设的新课题,如何处理两侧直接拼接时沥青混凝土面层的接缝及评价其拼接效果是提高路面拼接质量的关键。研究讨论了沪宁高速公路3种碾压工艺和5种拼接技术,通过现场芯样和室内模拟芯样的试验测试,总结了各拼接技术对芯样冻融前后的劈裂强度、剪切强度和密实度的影响。最后结合基于FWD弯沉测试的荷载传递系数计算,提出了合适的沥青混凝土面层拼接技术及质量评价方法。
