遮荫对海姆维斯蒂栒子生长及光合特性的影响

以1年生海姆维斯蒂栒子组培苗为试材,研究了遮荫处理对海姆维斯蒂栒子叶片面积、叶绿素含量、光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度等生长及光合特性的影响,以探讨其耐荫能力。结果表明:遮荫处理后的叶片面积极显著高于全光照条件下的叶片面积,且随遮荫程度的增加叶片面积显著增加,3层遮阳网处理下(透光率8%)的叶片面积最大;全光照处理的叶片厚度极显著高于2层遮阳网(透光率17%)和3层遮阳网处理,与1层(透光率46%)遮荫处理差异不显著;遮荫处理下的叶绿素含量极显著高于全光照处理,而全光照处理下的叶绿素a/b的比值显著高于1层遮阳网处理,极显著高于2、3层遮阳网处理。全光照条件下的净光合速率极显著高于遮荫处理,在遮荫处理中,随着遮荫程度增加,净光合速率明显减小;气孔导度逐渐降低,全光照条件下的气孔导度高于1、2层遮荫处理,但差异不显著,3层遮荫处理的气孔导度极显著低于全光照处理;胞间二氧化碳浓度逐渐增加,2、3层遮荫处理显著高于全光照和1层遮荫处理,1层遮荫处理高于全光照处理。综合各项指标及田间观察认为,海姆维斯蒂栒子喜光,但具有一定的耐荫能力,在光照强度22.864klx、透光率46%的环境下可以正常生长。 The effects of shading treatments on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics such as leaf area, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and carbon dioxide concentration , To explore its shading ability.
