为研究病毒性脑炎急性期与恢复期脑脊液中胆囊收缩素的变化,以及胆囊收缩素与脑损害的关系。我们应用放射免疫测定法检测了22例病毒性脑炎急性期,20例病毒性脑炎恢复期及12例正常小儿脑脊液胆囊收缩素的含量,发现病毒性脑炎患性期脑脊液胆囊收缩素含量明显高于恢复期及正常对照组脑脊液胆囊收缩素含量,并发现胆囊收缩素含量增高的程度与脑损害的程度及临床症状轻重有一定关系,提示胆囊收缩素在病毒性脑炎的发病机理中起重要作用。
