7个颠茄品系的光合特性比较研究

目的:探讨颠茄不同品系叶片的光合特性及其影响因子,为颠茄的高产栽培提供理论依据。方法:选择1个非转基因品系(Ctr)和6个转基因品系(Tr1~6)的植株为研究对象,在初花期利用LI-6400XT光合仪测定植株叶片的光合-光响应曲线及光合日进程。结果:不同颠茄品系叶片的光响应曲线与非直角双曲线方程拟合度较高(R2>0.98)。Tr3品系的最大光合速率和光能利用效率均大于其他品系。不同颠茄品系叶片的净光合速率日变化曲线呈单峰曲线,不存在“午休”现象,蒸腾速率也呈单峰曲线,这是颠茄减少高温伤害的一种自我保护机制。通过相关性系数分析表明,颠茄光合速率与蒸腾速率和光合有效辐射呈显著或极显著正相关。结论:颠茄通过引种产生了光照适应性,人工种植时应选择光照充足的地块,合理密植以提高产量。 Objective: To investigate the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves of different strains of Belladonna and its influencing factors, and to provide a theoretical basis for the high yield cultivation of Belladonna. Methods: The photosynthesis-light response curve and photosynthetic daily process of leaves of one plant were studied by LI-6400XT photosynthesis system at the first flowering stage. One plant was selected from non-transgenic lines (Ctr) and six transgenic lines (Tr1 ~ 6). Results: The light response curves and non-rectangular hyperbolic equations of different Belladonna lines had higher fitting degree (R2> 0.98). The maximum photosynthetic rate and light use efficiency of Tr3 line were greater than those of other lineages. The curve of diurnal net photosynthetic rate of different Belladonna lines showed a single peak curve, there was no phenomenon of “lunch break ”, the transpiration rate also showed a single peak curve, which was a self-protection mechanism of belladonna to reduce high temperature injury. Correlation coefficient analysis showed that the photosynthetic rate belladonna and transpiration rate and photosynthetically active radiation was significant or very significant positive correlation. Conclusion: The belladonna produced the adaptability of light through the introduction, artificial planting should choose adequate litter, close planting density to increase yield.
