对34例椎基动脉短暂缺血性眩晕患者应用51次/秒高刺激率听性脑干反应检查,发现波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ潜伏期、波Ⅰ～Ⅲ间期和波Ⅰ～Ⅴ间期,比正常人和其他眩晕患者延长。提示此法可作为椎基动脉短暂缺血性眩晕的诊断方法。
34 cases of vertebral artery transient ischemic vertigo patients with 51 / s high stimulation auditory brainstem response examination and found wave III, wave Ⅴ latency, wave Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ interval and wave Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ interval, the ratio Normal and other vertigo patients to extend. Tip this method can be used as vertebral artery transient ischemic vertigo diagnosis.
