利用热力学软件和经验公式计算了CL50D钢和Fe-C二元系的Acm和A3临界温度线,并进行了对比分析。在此基础上,利用杠杆定理计算了过冷奥氏体等温转变获得的铁素体最大转变量。奥氏体等温转变试验结果表明,基于经验公式法预测的Acm和A3临界温度线能够更准确地计算得到CL50D钢中最大铁素体转变量。本文的工作为低合金亚共析钢奥氏体的等温转变动力学研究和铁素体析出量的精确计算提供了一种方法。
The Acm and A3 critical temperature lines of CL50D steel and Fe-C binary system were calculated by thermodynamic software and empirical formula, and the comparative analysis was made. Based on this, the maximum ferrite transformation obtained by the isothermal transformation of undercooled austenite was calculated by using the lever theorem. The results of austempering transformation show that the maximum ferrite transformation in CL50D steel can be calculated more accurately by using Acm and A3 critical temperature curves predicted by empirical formula method. The work presented in this paper provides a method for the isothermal transformation kinetics of austenitic austenitic steels and for the accurate calculation of ferrite precipitates.
