目的:研究乳糖酸红霉素二元手性选择剂混合体系在毛细管电泳手性分离中的协同效应。方法以乳糖酸红霉素和羟乙基-β-环糊精作为二元手性选择剂,采用毛细管电泳法拆分3种药物,考察了乳糖酸红霉素和羟乙基-β-环糊精的浓度和缓冲溶液的pH值对对映体分离结果的影响。结果对考察的手性药物,在选定的条件下,乳糖酸红霉素和羟乙基-β-环糊精组成的二元手性选择剂混合体系相比单一乳糖酸红霉素体系显示了更好手性选择性。结论乳糖酸红霉素和羟乙基-β-环糊精组成的二元手性选择剂混合体系在毛细管电泳手性分离中呈现正协同效应。“,”Objective Investigation synergistic effect of Erythromycin lactobionate-based dual selector system in capil ary electrophoresis.Method Using Erythromycin lactobionate and Hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin as dual chiral selectors,3kinds of chiral drugs were separated by capil ary electrophoresis. The effects of the concentrations of Erythromycin lactobionate and Hydroxyethyl -β-cyclodextrin and pH of buffer were investigated.Result Under the selected conditions, the Erythromycin lactobionate-based Hydroxyethyl -β-cyclodextrin dual systems showed better enantioselectivity compared to the results obtained by single Erythromycin lactobionate system.Conclusion Erythromycin lactobionate and Hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin have synergistic effect on chiral separation improvement.
