为进一步研究等速测试评估脑瘫运动障碍的可能性及为进一步研究提供科学依据.对30例痉挛型脑瘫患儿利用BIODEXⅡAP型多关节等速测试及康复系统重复测试膝关节的峰力短,应用差值t检验和相关系数的检验进行统计学处理。结果:2次测试峰力矩慢速伸展时差异不显著,相关系数为0875。提示可以利用等速测试,尤其是低速伸展运动时的峰力矩来作为其下肢功能障碍的评估指标,并依此来指导康复训练。
To further study the isokinetic test to assess the possibility of cerebral palsy dyskinesia and to provide a scientific basis for further research. 30 children with spastic cerebral palsy BIODEX ⅡAP type multi-joint constant test and rehabilitation system repeated test knee peak short force, the use of difference t test and correlation coefficient test for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference between the two tests when the peak torque was slowly extended. The correlation coefficient was 0875. It is suggested that the isokinetic test, especially the peak torque during low-speed extension exercise, can be used as the evaluation index of lower extremity dysfunction, and thus can guide the rehabilitation training.
