绩效管理存在的问题随着绩效管理工作的进一步深入,在如何提高员工工作积极性,有效对员工进行激励方面取得的效果却不是很明显。存在的问题表现为:绩效得分区分度不够。组织内部人员评价得分较为接近,反映到薪酬上差别不明显,未拉开差距,对上进的员工和工作中的积极行为起不到激励作用。绩效结果难于跨组织间比较。不同组织的工作性质不同,考评标准不统一,加上各管理人员领导风格有差
