课程体系是教育问题研究的关键问题,高职旅游管理专业课程设置关系到能否培养出适应旅游行业需求的中高层技能复合型管理人才。本文探讨了目前我国高职院校旅游管理专业课程体系存在的问题;以岗位需求为导向来探讨高职旅游管理专业课程体系的开发;将课程体系设计为分个五个课程模块,分别从课程体系结构、课程课时比例分配、课程时序衔接三个方面进行优化。 Curriculum system is the key issue of education research. The setting of tourism management major in higher vocational education is related to the ability to cultivate middle and high-level skills complex management personnel who adapt to the needs of the tourism industry. This article explores the existing problems of tourism management specialty curriculum system in higher vocational colleges in our country. Based on post demands, this paper discusses the development of tourism management major curriculum system in higher vocational colleges. The curriculum system is designed to be divided into five curriculum modules, System structure, the proportion of course hours, the timing of the course of the three aspects of optimization.
